RETURN POLICY

Items exempt from return policy:

GIRDLES, SHORT GIRDLES, GIRDLE PANTS, SHORT FLEX, BELTS, BREAST ENLARGERS, SWIMSUITS and all products sold that have girdle behavior are products that CANNOT be returned and refunded, due to their quality of intimate garments.

MY LINE OF WIGS DOES NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY.

MY INTIMATE LINE DOES NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY.

For other products that do NOT have girdle behavior and are not wigs, our return policy is 8 days. If 8 days have passed from the day of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotional Items

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at refunds@carosandoval.com with pictures of the defective item. Once we receive the email and analyze the photos, if we find that the return is successful, we will send you a return confirmation email with all the instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive shipped items.
